New Graduate Student Orientation

Wednesday, August 20, 2014

New graduate students, mark your calendars for Monday, August 25th at 3:15pm!

On the first day of classes, the Department of Religious Studies will welcome our new graduate students with an orientation and reception.

New Graduate Students:

Please be prepared to meet in the Moore Reading Room of Smith Hall at 3:15pm.  This brief orientation session will go over some basics such as degree requirements, dates and deadlines to keep in mind, and getting to know KU and your department.

Returning Graduate Students:

Please plan to arrive at the Moore Reading Room of Smith Hall at 4:00pm.  Faculty will also arrive at this time.  Prepare to meet our new grad students and help them feel at home in Smith Hall.

After orientation and introductions, we will move to the Oread for a reception to welcome our new students and usher in another productive year! We look forward to seeing you there!
